Anonyme Köche

| April 3, 2013 | 0 Comments

I own that book for years already but somehow it always didn’t score first place when I was about to pick the next book to read from my stash of approximately 40 books I always have. During Easter holiday it finally scored first – and I was glad I finally read it! I was done with it within 2 and a half hours. The book is written by Claudio Principe, a Swiss with Italian roots, and the owner and founder of www.anonymekoeche.net. Basically, it is a random story telling – in a very entertaining way – with nice tipps and tricks and recipes in between.

It is not available anymore in book stores and no re-print is planned according to the author but you can still find it on Amazon. For my international readers – it is unfortunately written in German. But if you are from Switzerland or generally the German-speaking area, it is definitely worth reading and the recipes sound pretty promising (although I did not try any).

About the Author:

I started the blog in October 2009, while living in Milan which I definitely consider to be one of the food capitals of the world. I was in touch with food since my early childhood (as my father is a former chef). Whenever I can, I travel the world to discover new places, to meet people but mostly to try local dishes and to find hidden gems! If you know a place worth going, please drop a line to: info@thediningexperience.org. Currently, I am a member of the following food-related associations: Chevalier @Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Zurich-Ville; Membre Gourmet Dégustateur @Ordre Mondial des Gourmets Dégustateurs [OMGD]; Gesellschafter @Goldener Fisch and Member @Slowfood Convivium Zurich City.
