Hungry for Change (2012)

| May 9, 2013 | 0 Comments

It is quite some time ago since I’ve seen this movie and I must say that it was absolutely interesting and is worth seeing for sure. While it has a tendentious felling at some points it still remains interesting. The makers summarize the movie the following way:

HUNGRY FOR CHANGE exposes shocking secrets the diet, weightloss and food industry don’t want you to know about; deceptive strategies designed to keep you coming back for more. Find out what’s keeping you from having the body and health you deserve and how to escape the diet trap forever.

Featuring interviews with best selling health authors and leading medical experts plus real life transformational stories with those who know what it’s like to be sick and overweight. Learn from those who have been there before and continue your health journey today.

Personally, I think one should not take everything which is stated literally but it makes you think about how the food industry works and that one should maybe switch back a bit more to more natural and not so strongly flavoured ingredients and foods.

If you want to know more about the movie, have a look at IMDB.com or the editors’ website http://www.hungryforchange.tv.
