27. March 2014: Restaurant Samurai

| April 8, 2014 | 0 Comments

Sometimes when you go back to a restaurant after a couple of months, the food is just not the same anymore but in this case, the rumour that the Samurai has the best sushi for what you pay still holds true. The “Sushi and Sashimi Set (tuna, salm, king fish, prawns and california rolls; tuna, salm, king fish)” (CHF 30.00) comes with a miso soup which is pretty regular.

The actual sushi and sashimi set tastes great – the fish is fresh, flavourful and big enough so you do not end up starving after lunch as you often do with sushi if you do not want to spend a fortune. So, the lunch menu at the Restaurant Samurai is the perfect choice if you are into sushi and want to enjoy fresh and tasty fish.

Beyond all that, the menu even comes with green tea so you do not only get great food but also for an incredibly good price performance ratio. The place is simple but nice, pretty cramped and tiny but with a good atmosphere and last but not least, the service is friendly and efficient.
