It is generally difficult to find a good place for brunch and it is even more difficult to find a good brunch place for this price. For only EUR 22.00 you get to enjoy a wide variety of different dishes which are absolutely good in quality. Only beverages which are not to be found at the buffet are charged on top (tea, EUR 2.00; espresso, EUR 1.90). The selection ranges from a salad bar …
… to cold cuts and fish …
… fresh fruit and cakes but not to forget a large variety of hot dishes like beef filet, fish, potatoes, vegetables, veal medaillons to name only a few.
Besides that the place is also very lovely to sit outside – especially the patio is lovely when you get to sit in the sun and enjoy the warmth of it plus the architecture is absolutely nice too. The service is friendly but not always the quickest but in any case very nice.
I must admit that it is long since that I have found a brunch place which provides such a nice atmosphere and good food for a very reasonable price. When you are in Cologne you should definitely come here for brunch – and you should book a table in advance as else there is a good chance that you won’t find a free table.
