30. May 2014: VIP Travel Caffe

| June 16, 2014 | 0 Comments

There is something called “spica” in the Croatian culture which basically means (freely translated) “to see and to be seen” which is apparently the favourite hobby of Croatians on a Saturday morning. However, there are particular places where one can do this. The Bogovićeva area is the perfect place to do so as there is one bar after the other. The VIP Travel Caffe is nothing special really but the Mojito (35 KRN, approx. CHF 5.60) is tasty and the Romeo Y Julieta No. 3 (45.50 KRN, approx. CHF 7.30) is tasty (as always).

The service is friendly and helpful, giving you the time you need in order to choose what you are about to drink and smoke. Overall, it is a nice café to people watch.

I started the blog in October 2009, while living in Milan which I definitely consider to be one of the food capitals of the world. I was in touch with food since my early childhood (as my father is a former chef). Whenever I can, I travel the world to discover new places, to meet people but mostly to try local dishes and to find hidden gems! If you know a place worth going, please drop a line to: info@thediningexperience.org.
