3. August 2014: Restaurant @ Hotel Edelweiss

| September 12, 2014 | 0 Comments

The General Manager of the Hotel Edelweiss is a friend of mine – so I had the unique chance to try something from their kitchen before it is actually being served on the menu – something rather interesting I must admit. The “fried livers turned in corn flakes” were something which sounded a bit odd at first – but I must say it was tremendously delicious! The crunchiness of the fried crust plus the corn flakes with the smoothness of the livers – lovely!

Besides the tasty livers, it is also absolutely worth to sit down at the bar at the Hotel Edelweiss and to enjoy a good glass of wine – or something else. However, the service is very friendly and quick – and the atmosphere is great, lively but relaxing with a guy playing the piano and the violin in the background.

Overall, the Bar @ Hotel Edelweiss is definitely worth a visit – great livers, great stuff to harm your own liver ;) – and last but not least great atmosphere and good service!
