6. September 2014: Herdade do Peso Bar
If we would not have been surprised by the rain pouring from above we would probably not have stopped at the Herdade do Peso – but as it provided us with shelter and beer (0,5L, EUR 4.00) it was a place to sit down and enjoy a cold beer in the even colder weather.
Again, the place is basically a cubicle food and drinks joint where you can sit down and enjoy the sun (if there is any) while watching the people passing by or just watch the sea.
You have to get your drinks from the cubicle yourself but the waitress who was responsible to take away the empty glasses from the tables was friendly and smiling.
Overall, not such a bad place to have a beer – either you get to watch the people or the sea, and in an ideal world you also get some sun.
