7. September 2014: Sheraton Club Lounge @ Sheraton Lisboa Resort & Spa
The Sheraton Club Lounge is accessible if you are a SPG Platinum member or pay for a Club Level room. The atmosphere of the Club Lounge is pleasant as it is quite calm, you get to have a look onto the city and the chairs are very comfortable. You have the chance to enjoy your breakfast there so you won’t have to pay extra for it but I would recommend you to enjoy it downstairs as the selection of dishes is wider than in the lounge.
However, you have the chance to enjoy some small snacks and drinks throughout the day – but in all fairness the offer is rather limited. You get to enjoy a couple of chips and cakes, and that’s pretty much it (okay, sorry, I forgot to mention the peanuts and the olives). In addition to that, it is not entirely easy to find the drinks as they are somehow hidden a bit. Once you have found everything, you can sit down and enjoy. What is missing though is someone who helps you with your questions or refills the food and drinks when they are emtpy. If you are a SPG platinum member or get upgraded, use the lounge, else, do not pay extra as it is not worth it.
