12. October 2014: Restaurant Le Colonial Café @ Hotel Le Méridien Nice
The breakfast at the Le Colonial Café is a bit of a disappointment. The selection is somehow limited and you do not find anything special at the buffet which is definitely a pity. But to remain fair – all the main elements for a proper continental breakfast can be found.
The room itself is somewhat nice as you get to look onto the ocean and the beach as well as the people strolling by. The service is generally friendly but just somehow leaves the impression that they could do more.
Overall, it is more than fine to have breakfest if you stay at the hotel but else I would not go there just for breakfast.
