19. October 2014: Restaurant Txapela
The Restaurant Txapela is not the place I would usually enter but as it was located pretty much right next to the appartment in Placa Catalunya I figured going for an “Espresso” (EUR 2.50) could not hurt. Well, the espresso was fine in taste, no question – but the waiter was incredibly unattentive. I had ordered – besides the espresso – a sandwich.
After a waiting time of solid 15 minutes, he finally showed up again bringing my espresso and telling me that they had run out of Jamón Ibérico. I get that you might run out of something – but it shall really not take you 15 minutes to be able to communicate to your customers.
