5. January 2015: Restaurant Belfort
The lunch was surprisingly good – it did not look too appealing at first but the “salad” was nice with a good dressing.
The “schnitzel with French fries” (the whole menu for CHF 15.00) was nicely breaded and the French fries were tastily crunchy and not too oily. Overall a very simple but astonishingly good dish.
The place itself is pretty, also simple in its design but you feel comfortable right away. The service is friendly and swift. All in all, the food at the Restaurant Belfort is absolutely okay and very fair for the price.
