26. January 2015: Restaurant Bellevue

| March 18, 2015 | 0 Comments

“The rainbow trout from Alvaneu with saffron foam and a viscid Acquarello risotto and vanilla spinach” (CHF 38.00) was perfect. The fish was rich in taste and the fishbones were easily removable. The risotto was yummy and the vanilla spinach was really kind of a revelation. The sweetness of the vanilla in combination with something traditional as spinach was definitely surprising in a positive way.

The place is still lovely and has a positive ambiance – the waiters are friendly and obliging. The prices are still fair (water, 0,77L, CHF 7.00). Overall I can recommend the Restaurant Bellevue after this experience. The food is good, the service friendly, and the atmosphere very cozy. Worth trying when you are around.
