The “veal kidneys in clarified butter” (27 PLN) were good in taste but some of them were quite chewy which makes it only a limitedly pleasant experience. However, taste-wise it was a pleasant one.


The “deer saddle with golden gnocchi and homemade pickles” (79 PLN) on the other hand was not entirely to my gusto. For the fact that the Różana is supposed to be one of the better restaurants of the city, the deer was way too hard, respectively over-cooked which is probably exactely the degree to which the gnocchi were not cooked enough!


With regards to the rest, I must say the restaurant is pleasant as it is stylish, the service is close to flawless as they are very attentive but also very, very tolerant given there were 10 guys and it might have been loud at some points in time. The separate room was definitely helping though but in any case great and tolerant service!
