20. June 2010: Pasticceria Balzer Bar

| June 23, 2010 | 0 Comments

The Balzer Bar is located in the center of the lower city of Bergamo. It’s not really accessible by any other means of public transportation than train. If you come by car though, there’s a parking at the Piazzale della Libertà nearby for reasonable prices.

The bar is situated in an arch-alley and looks nice from the outside somehow as the deco in the windows. The place is full of locals in the morning having their coffee and croissant.

The service is fast and friendly, the brioche is good and the prices are decent (3.4 EUR for a brioche and a café doppio and 4.2 EUR for a brioche and a Cappuccino).

The Pasticceria Balzer is the perfect place to go to have cheap and fast typical Italian breakfast.
