25. April 2015: Summit 21 Bar @ Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel

| July 3, 2015 | 0 Comments

The Summit 21 Bar in the Radisson Blu Scandinavia hotel sounds absolutely promising and looks very nice on the hotel’s homepage. Again, unfortunately, it does not fully fulfil the expectations. The view from the 21st floor of the hotel is not as stunning as you would assume and the place is quite run down. Not dirty or anything but you can just see that it is definitely not new anymore!

The service is bascially non-existent – which I consider a bit surprising for a hotel bar, however, at least the drinks are good. I went for a “Yellow Hot Chili (Smirnoff, Lime, Chili & Ginger Syrup, Passionfruit Juice)” (116 NOK) which was again not too cheap but at least tasty. The chili effect was nice and surprising. Overall, I can only limitedly recommend the Summit 21 Bar – run down interior, no service, but at least a generally nice view and good drinks.
