The “beef tatar (spicy Swiss beef tatar refined with Cognac, served with toast and butter” (CHF 25.50, respectively CHF 12.75 with EasyDining.ch) was quite okay. Frankly speaking, I have had better beef tartar but it is okay. For me, not a place I would come to to have beef tartar but overall it is definitely okay.
If you sit outside, it is quite nice but you face the problem of sitting at the corner of two busy streets and also at a place where a lot of pedestrians pass so you do not really find a quiet minute. However, the prices are fair (also for a beer, CHF 4.80). The service does a good job but is a bit too jovial for my personal gusto. Overall, fair place, nothing more.
