8. September 2015: L’Arte del Gelato
The Chelsea Market does not only offer Japanese-Mexican fusion kitchen but also rather traditional Italian kitchen – or, to be more precise, ice cream parlours! The “normal” sized cup accounts for USD 5.39 and you get to pick three different flavours.
And I must say while I have had better icecream in the past, it was absolutely fine and I was actually positively surprised as the flavour of the icecream is intense and very natural.
The L’Arte del Gelato does a good job in preparing very tasty icecream and has friendly staff. If you are in the Chelsea Market anyway, you should definitely pay this place a visit for dessert.
