24. October 2015: Quay 14 @ The Morrison

| January 5, 2016 | 0 Comments

It is almost five years ago since I have last been to Dublin. I have seen quite a couple of bars last time but not the Quay 14. Maybe this is due to the fact that it is located in a hotel. However, the bar is quite big but still very atmospheric. You have everything from lounge like possibilities to sit up to classical bar stools.

Quay14

There is, however, one little issue – the service is kind of slow. We had to wait approximately 15 minutes until someone finally showed up. And then another 10 to 15 minutes until the drink finally arrived at our table. Only when it was about time to collect the cash to pay the bill she was suddenly there all the time. Coincidence? I think not. However, the bar is nice but due to the very long waiting time I would not recommend you to pay a visit.
