30. October 2015: Pizzerija Trnovski Zvon

| January 10, 2016 | 0 Comments

Sometimes you end up in a pizzeria although you prefer local food but luckily the pizzeria also had local food – so I went for the “roasted beef livers with Gorgonzola and rocket salad” (EUR 7.00). Admittedly, the dish does not look too appealing but it was intense and quite tasty!

The front of the place is rather uninviting but if you go towards the kitchen it becomes even a bit atmospheric. Definitely not the best place I have been to but absolutely okay. The service is generally friendly, does not really speak much English and is rather swift. The prices are fair for what you get which is also true for the beverages (i.e. Römerquelle, 0,33l, EUR 1.60; Schweppes Bitter Lemon, 0,25l, EUR 2.20).

For me, not a place I would intentionally visit again. However, if you are around the corner it is very okay to have lunch here.
