14. January 2016: Restaurant Golosone
The “mixed salad” which is part of the menu is rather standard but at least they try to pimp it a bit with one slice of carrots :)
The “Pizza San Luca (tomato, mozzarella with three different kinds of salami, herbs)” (CHF 22.00) which was one of the lunch options was lovely. It would have been nice to know what salami they serve but the waiter who served us did obviously not care too much about the customers.
I get it that you sometimes have a bad day – we all do. But if the result is that you are unfriendly and even somehow rude in your attitude as a waiter, call in sick or something. Or get your stuff straight before you go to do your job. The waiter spoke almost nothing, was impatient and basically smashed the plates on the table. Way to go, sir!
Besides that, the Restaurant Golosone is actually a nice place as it is located rather centrally, the atmosphere is nice, the food is decent and the prices as well. Booking in advance recommended. And hopefully you’ll get a good waiter.
