Lovely beach but mediocre beach bar: Agia Paraskevi Beach Bar (17. July 2016)

| September 5, 2016 | 0 Comments

The Agia Paraskevi beach is located at the opposite side of the island and is easily reachable by motorboat (for approx. 160 EUR). As remote and lovely the beach is, as poor is the infrastructure. The sun beds are definitely not the same standard as the beach I visited the day before. In addition to that, there is small beach bar (or a food truck, to be more precise) and they basically only sell three things: Frappé (EUR 3.00), 0,5l water bottles (EUR 0.50) and “sandwiches” (EUR 3.00) which are quite a disappointment though.

Still, overall, the Agai Paraskevi beach is a great place to visit as it is remote, quiet, there aren’t too many people and those who come usually only come around like 2-3pm – so if you make it early, you will have the beach almost entirely to you in the morning.
