A Bavarian beer garden combined with a sauna: Garden on 8 @ Media One Hotel (27. October 2016)
The Garden on 8 in the Media One Hotel is like a little retreat of a Bavarian beer garden – but it is not really Bavarian in the end. I mean, when you are seated outside it is still like 30 degrees Celsius in the evening which kind of makes you appreciate the cool weather of central Europe.
The place is definitely entertaining though as you have a live band playing and the service is generally fine as they are attentive and friendly serving the orders within a rather short period of time. However, if you are wearing long-sleeved shirts and proper pants then it is close to a sauna (unfortunately). Overall, the Garden on 8 at the Media One Hotel is definitely a place you can visit but it is also definitely nothing outstanding.
