Lovely ‘Russian Mule’ with special audience: Newton Bar (25. November 2016)

| December 26, 2016 | 0 Comments

I am not exactly sure what a “Russian Mule” (EUR 12.00) is but after ordering a “Moscow Mule”, that is what I got (respectively what was on the bill). The drink is good and really more of a Moscow Mule than anything else. The bar is absolutely crammed on a Friday evening and you have to be patient to score a seat by the bar.

The crowd is a bit special, i.e. there are a quite some young people but the majority seems to be the 50+ guy with his 30yo girlfriend. So kind of a gold digger place – it seems. However, the barkeepers are friendly and helpful – but definitely not attentive. I mean you have to wait approximately 15 to 20 minutes until they “realize” you despite sitting at the bar. So, patience is key here!
