Great breakfast selection in the Executive Lounge @ Marriott Copenhagen (18. March 2017)

So far it was only my second time staying at a Marriott property and I must admit that the lounges in the hotels I have seen so far are all pretty decent – and the same applies to the Marriott Copenhagen. You get pretty much everything you want for breakfast ranging from bacon, sausages and scrambled eggs …

… to a variety of different cold cuts, cheeses, vegetables, and fruit …

… as well as cereals with dried nuts and berries …

… and last but not least a lovely selection of various breads. The atmosphere in the lounge is quite comfortable and it is surprisingly spacious – you have to make sure though you are aware that there is another two rooms towards the back of the lounge. So when it seems very crowded, feel free to roam around to find a quiet spot.

What surprised me a tiny bit was the fact that the lounge was not attended – so basically everyone who is just patient enough to wait until someone exits the lounge or has a good timing can go in and enjoy the complementary breakfast. The lounge itself is quite nicely decorated and you feel comfortable right away. When you are staying at the Marriott and you’re not a Platinum Elite member, I’d highly recommend you to a room with access to the Executive Lounge.
