Amazing location to watch the sunset: Media Luna @ Tamarindo Diria Hotel (19. April 2017)
If you are looking for s spot to see the sunset, the Media Luna bar in the Tamarindo Diria Hotel is the absolutely perfect place – especially as the time when the sun sets is luckily also happy hour. So, for only 2’445 CRC you get a “Piña Colada” which is quite good – definitely better than expected. But in the end, you’re not here for the drink but much more for the sunset …
… as it is truly gorgeous. Therefore, order your drink at the bar, get to the front line of the bar and enjoy your drink while watching the sun go down. The bar itself lacks a bit in atmosphere but is functional and the bar tenders are friendly but definitely not among the quickest I have experienced in my life. So, to have patience is a good thing.
However, to watch the sunset, the Media Luna bar is absolutely perfect! Make sure to arrive in time so you have your drink in your hand before the sun actually sets.
