Definitely one of the better breakfast places: Restaurant Tops & Terrace @ Twelve at Hengshan (3. – 5. June 2017)

| September 6, 2017 | 0 Comments

The breakfast at the Restaurant Tops & Terrace belongs to the better ones I’ve tried so far. To be entirely honest, with a solid 292 CNY for one person it is also at the upper price level, therefore, you should be able to expect quite something. But you won’t be disappointed as the selection really offers everything raning from a variety of dumplings …

… sauces …

… classical continental breakfast …

… soups …

… a variety of ingredients for the live cooking station …

… juices …

… vegetables and fresh fruit …

… American breakfast …

… salmon and cold cuts …

… cheeses and cereals …

… cut fruits and home-made yogurt …

… fresh fruit …

… and a whole lot of different types of bread …

… more cereals …

… nuts and pancakes. So, basically whatever you want, you can find here. There is really nothing missing and the quality of the dishes is really good.

The place itself is located on the top floor and has a nice terrace – as the name suggests. The restaurant is also rather spacious so you would have enough privacy to discuss whatever you wanted.

Overall, the Restaurant Tops & Terrace is one of these few hotel restaurants where I would also go if I wouldn’t stay at the hotel. However, if you stay at the hotel, then you have to have breakfast here for sure. Definitely worth it.

Only with regards to the service there is some room for improvement – while they were generally very friendly and helpful you would have to wait quite a bit until someone would come and attend you.
