Quick business lunch with refreshing but a bit too pricey dishes: Restaurant Die Rüsterei (19. July 2017)
What I like quite a lot about Die Rüsterei is the fact that they get the concept of a ‘quick business lunch’. You’re seated within a few minutes, the order is taken up within another few minutes and last but not least, your dishes are served as quick. Just as it has to be. I went for the “Ceasar Salad (roman lettuce, iceberg lettuce, cherry tomatoes, caesar dressing, bread crouton)” (CHF 18.00) with “chicken filet from Mägenwil” (+ CHF 8.00) and “wedges” (CHF 6.00) as a side dish. The salad is freshly prepared and good in taste and even the chicken is tasty and still a bit juicy. However, CHF 8.00 for four small pieces of chicken is quite a price!
At least the water on the other hand is decent in price (CHF 5.50). The atmosphere when you’re seated outside is quite nice as you are seated in the shade able to get some fresh air while not being exposed to the sun. And as mentioned initially, the service is swift and solution-oriented. Right as it should be!
