Exquisite breakfast selection: Augustine Restaurant @ Augustine, a Luxury Collection Hotel (7. – 8. October 2017)

| January 13, 2018 | 0 Comments

I am a huge fan of A Luxury Collection hotels – be it the Bristol in Vienna or the Bristol in Warsaw to name just a few – you can be sure you’ll have a great experience. Not only because the ‘Studio Suite’ upgrade really made it the perfect place to spend the weekend but also because the breakfast selection is quite outstanding. You get everything from sweets …

… to a selection of fresh vegetables and quite tasty salmon …

… cold cuts and various cheeses ….

… bread …

… a decent selection of different teas …

… and freshly pressed juices …

… as well as some warm dishes like potatoes, tomatoes, mushrooms, bacon, egg, and sausages …

… and fresh fruit in little cubes as well as …

… the whole fruit. Jams, honey from the honey comb as well as cereals.

Yogurts and milk. So basically anything you could want for breakfast. Well, not everything really. If you want to order an omelet, you are charged on top. Which is, frankly speaking, not really optimal but nothing you can change, I suppose.

The place itself is comfortable, appealing, cozy. And the waitresses and waiters make sure you feel welcome and are taken care of. Despite the fact that it is quite busy in the mornings, they would make sure you wouldn’t have to wait for more than a couple of minutes until you’re served. And with a passion and friendliness while they stand at your table you truly feel welcome. However, as soon as they move away, you can see how the smile faints … not an easy job, admittedly, but make it less obviously maybe?
