The biggest disappointment in clubbing in a long time: XXO @ The St. Regis Mumbai (1. December 2017)
Disappointment of the year! The XXO is located on the 37th floor of the St. Regis and is, apparently, considered a very fancy and to be place. Frankly, I have no clue why. Okay, fair enough, the place looks nice if you look at the picture – but that’s really it. The selection of cocktails is ridiculously small and they don’t even know how to prepare a regular cocktail like a ‘Moscow Mule’.
The place itself is rather tiny and the audience is super young. So it is more a place for the 16 year old rich kids than anything else. And the DJ is probably the worst I have heard in a long, long time! No transition between songs, changing randomly in the middle of the song from an Indian song to a charts hit to something from the 70ties. I mean, really? So, in a nutshell – the XXO at The St. Regis Mumbai is a pure disappointment! An absolute no go!
