When you wake up all bloated the next day: Restaurant Restaurant P. F. Chang’s (18. December 2017)
It’s more than a month ago since I’ve been to P.F. Chang’s last, so it was time to pay this premise another visit. I went for the “Edamame” as a starter and that was good as almost in any other place I have been to so far.
The “beef with broccoli (a popular Cantonese dish. beef slices stir-fried with garlic, ginger and green onions, tossed with steamed broccoli)” (6.250 BHD) is rich in flavour, savoury, and the right balance between beef and broccoli. Making it a good comfort food dish. However, the issue – for me at least – with P.F. Chang’s is the fact that the food is on average just quite heavy compared to other places.
The service is friendly and dedicated but not really the smartest somehow – they are asking a variety of questions and are quite uncoordinated which starts annoying you after some time. Still, the food is good but a bit heavy, the service tries its best and the prices are okay. Atmosphere – well, mall restaurant.
