29. October 2010 : La Siesta Café

| October 31, 2010 | 0 Comments

The La Siesta Café is a little coffee located besides a street from Canelli to Boglietto. It looks like a pit stop place in American road movies. It’s not too appealing from the inside and the impression doesn’t change once you’re in the café.

The owners are friendly; the coffee comes quick and is pretty cheap (EUR 0.80) and also tasty (dark, good Italian coffee).

If you’re getting there by randomly and want to just make a quick coffee break, it’s okay to stop there to have a good Italian coffee which is cheap. If you plan to stop for the atmosphere or the like, change your plans.

I started the blog in October 2009, while living in Milan which I definitely consider to be one of the food capitals of the world. I was in touch with food since my early childhood (as my father is a former chef). Whenever I can, I travel the world to discover new places, to meet people but mostly to try local dishes and to find hidden gems!
