Decent as always, average as always: Restaurant Vapiano @ Bahrain City Centre Mall (14. February 2018)
The Vapiano is one of these places you keep returning to – doesn’t matter in what country and doesn’t really matter that the food is not that outstanding. But it is solid. And sometimes, solid just cuts it! The “ceasar salad” without anything is rather disappointing.
The “Pasta Rosso” on the other hand was actually quite good. Now, the whole thing takes quite some time until it is prepared but overall, it was a tasty dish. Only the fact that I wanted ‘integral’ noodles seemed quite surprising to the pasty guys as he said that there weren’t any (while I clearly saw them right behind him). Well, yeah.
Overall, the Vapiano is a fine place for a quick meal with decent but not outstanding dishes.
