Definitely the slowest service there is: Furn Bistro & Bakery @ The Westin Bahrain City Centre (19. February 2018)
Somehow I end up going back to the Furn Bistro & Bakery. And I get why as the food is good but frankly, the speed of service sucks. You have to wait a solid 30 minutes before any food is served. And that although the place is pretty much empty! I mean, why? The “soup of the day (tomato soup)” was fine in terms of texture and freshness.
The “Shish Tawook (garlic sauce)” (4.500 BHD) is fine as well but a total of 45 minutes until you get everything served is just out of this world. I’m not sure how they make sure that their restaurant is kind of full.
So, all in all, the food is good here, definitely true! However, the speed of service is – in my book – completely unacceptable. So, if you have an incredible amount of time at your hands, then this is the perfect place as the food is worth going here. If you don’t, do not go here! You will spend most of the time in the restaurant waiting!
