Amazingly relaxing atmosphere for shisha: Equestrian Lounge @ The St. Regis Dubai, Al Habtoor Polo Resort & Club (8. March 2018)
When you return to a place after 6 weeks and the hotel staff still knows you, you get a truly special treatment. You feel more than comfortable and welcomed in the Lady Astor Suite. After having established oneself in the room, it was time to visit the Equestrian Lounge and go for that lovely “Double Apple Shisha” (132 AED). You are sheltered by the walls of the hotel and get to enjoy the night, even if it gets a bit chilly around midnight.
The area is quiet as not many people chose to sit outside but this also comes with a bit of lack of attention. You – sometimes – have to be quite patient until someone shows up to either take your drink order or to change the charcoal once you’ve received your shisha. However, all the personnel is extremely friendly and helpful at all times.
For me, the Equestrian Lounge is the perfect area to enjoy a quiet late night shisha.
