Expensive shisha but interesting for people watching: Al Arez 2 (7. May 2018)

| October 12, 2018 | 0 Comments

Googling the ‘best shisha lounge in London’ we landed in a place called Mamouniah Lounge. When entering the guy asked if we were of the concept of the Mamouniah shisha which cost 40.00 GBP per person. Now, that must be an amazing shisha, however, the decision was taken quite quickly to not stay there and go a few houses down the road to find Al Arez 2 where they serve shisha for 25.00 GBP. Still a lot for a “Double Apple Shisha” considering that you get a whole box of tobacco for that plus you need some water. Given it had to be shisha time and there was nothing else close, shisha here it was.

As you’re seated right next to the street, it is rather crowded and noisy but the waiter was incredibly friendly and allowed us to occupy more than one table so each of us would be able to look towards the street which made it a lovely early afternoon. If you are looking for a not that overpriced shisha in London, the Al Arez is a good choice.
