Decent breakfast selection right by a main street: Restaurant faborit fresh bar (11. May 2018)
Due to the fact that the hotel had originally communicated the breakfast times wrongly, I ended up getting breakfast in the Restaurant faborit fresh bar which is right across the street of The Westin Palace. And while at first I was a bit surprised about the location, it turns out the dishes – once you’re done queuing – were rather good. I went for the “menu panino iberico con queso y vitamini” (EUR 6.90) and a “detox drink” (normally EUR 3.90) as well as an “extra café” (double espresso) (EUR 1.00) plus “yogurt” (EUR 1.75) and the sandwich with the jamón iberíco really is the best you can have for breakfast.
The place itself is rather simple as you get to sit outside in simple chairs right next to one of the main roads which doesn’t make it a too pleasant experience. Plus, the queuing to get your food doesn’t help the whole thing. If you’re not in a rush though, the selection of dishes is quite decent.
