Decent breakfast selection but incredibly slow egg service: The Westin SuperFoods breakfast @ The Westin Bellevue Dresden (2. June 2018)
The Westin SuperFoods breakfast offers a surprisingly decent selection of dishes (especially, as you won’t get this impression from the rooms) ranging from a variety of pastries …
… fresh bread …
… your very own tea station …
… and coffee station …
… to a selection of fresh fruit, yogurt …
… cold cuts, cheeses and salmon …
… as well as a range of cereals and vegetables. So, basically everything you need for a vegetarian breakfast. The only thing missing are egg dishes (there are scrambled eggs but they don’t look too appealing), so I ordered a “onion and cheese omelet”. And both days it took them a solid 20 to 25 minutes to serve it. Which is definitely too long! I mean, okay, one day it was busy. However, the second day it wasn’t as busy. And still it took 25 minutes. Unacceptable.
Else, the breakfast selection is absolutely decent. So, if you decide to stay at the Westin Bellevue, it is absolutely okay to have breakfast here but it isn’t a place I’d consider for breakfast specifically.
