Breakfast with a view: Restaurant Stars @ Nira Alpina, Silvaplana, a Member of Design Hotels™ (15. July 2018)
Breakfast in the Restaurant Stars on the 5th floor of the hotel is quite decent. I would have preferred to have dinner here but the breakfast was also fine. There is everything you need like cereals …
… a variety of nuts and dried fruit …
… yogurt, müesli and fruit …
… cold cuts, salmon, …
… cheese, sausages as well as vegetables and you can order your omelet to your table.
The service was, again, truly friendly and caring. The atmosphere, however, wasn’t as exquisite as in the Trattoria but the view is much better. So, if you stay at the Nira Alpina, make sure to also take your time to enjoy your breakfast on the 5th floor.
