Swift service, heavy cordon bleu: Restaurant Farnsburg (27. July 2018)

| December 13, 2018 | 0 Comments

The “veal cordon bleu Farnsburg with ham, cheese and porcini” (CHF 37.50) is quite a portion. It is long and quite heavy but also delicious. Most restaurants which serve cordon bleus put only a tiny bit of cheese in it. The Farnsburg on the other hand is quite generous with it making sure it is somewhat creamy and juicy. So, definitely a meal you can try.

The “watermelon” as a dessert was served despite the fact that I had actually not ordered a menu but something à la carte. This is why I like the Farnsburg. They are solution-oriented. Making your customer happy. Making sure you come back. And yes, I do so!

So, what can I say – it remains perfect for a quick lunch.
