Average at best – definitely not ‘max’: Restaurant max @ Courtyard by Marriott Pratteln (13. August 2018)

| December 27, 2018 | 0 Comments

Given, I kinda liked the “tomato soup” (CHF 8.00) last time, I decided to go for it again. And it is still good, and even though the whipped cream wasn’t applied as generously as last time, it is still completely unnecessary.

The “bistro burger (100% beef, bacon, cheddar, salad, tomato, caramelized onions, brioche bun) served with French fries” (CHF 28.00) looked quite lovely and it was also rather decent as the meat was juicy still and generally nice. However, the French fries are very tasteless (in its literal meaning).

The place is still rather disappointing and the service wasn’t as good or friendly as last time. So, the statement stays true – if you are here anyways, it’s okay to dine here. If you’re not, no reason for coming here.
