Amazing place for tea but horrible service: Café La Libellule (8. September 2018)

| February 1, 2019 | 0 Comments

When you’ve been walking around for the whole day, the Café La Libellule is the perfect place to take a short tea break. I went for the “rêve éveillé de Gaïa (Kokopelli) – thé blanc parfumé vanille” (EUR 3.30) which was an intense but still refreshing tea brew.

The place itself is lovely and homey, so you immediately feel comfortable. However, the service is not up to the task. The two waitresses were not able to attend the tables within a decent time frame – I was waiting for more than 10 minutes until someone approached the table and there was only one other table busy. Sorry, but that’s not how customer service works. Lovely place, if you’re patient.
