Touristic place but lovely pintxos: Restaurant Pintxo i Trago (12. October 2018)

| March 4, 2019 | 0 Comments

What I like so much about Spain is their concept of tapas or pintxos. A pintxo is a tapa but on a little slice of bread. And what you can basically do is you pick them from a vitrine at the entrance of the restaurant and then they count your tooth picks and charge you according to that. In our case it was 19 pintxos (EUR 1.80) per piece. And most of them were really great – some not worth EUR 1.80, some definitely more, but all in all, it works out quite well.

The place was super crowded and it wasn’t easy to find a spot but we were somehow lucky. The service wasn’t too attentive at first but after our initial order, things turned out fine and the “Jar of Sangria” (EUR 14.00) was brought to us right away. The atmosphere of the place is okay but it is rather touristic. Still, definitely a good place to get your Friday evening started.
