Good breakfast selection with a view: Restaurant Heritage @ Le Méridien Hamburg (15. November 2018)

The breakfast (EUR 32.00) at the Restaurant Heritage in the Le Méridien Hamburg offers really everything you could potentially want and need. Ranging from fresh honey and jams …

… to a variety of fish dishes including the very Hamburg style “Labskaus”.

Of course, more fish, cold cuts and tomatoes and mozzarella wouldn’t be missing either …

… plus a variety of pickled vegetables and cheeses …

… and more cold cuts …

… butter, müeslis and yogurts …

… as well as spring rolls, sausages, and bacon.

The omelet station was also there again and compared to the last two times I’ve been there, they actually managed to be rather quick. Still, again, the chef was not at his station when I queued (but he was back within 30 seconds). All in all, the Restaurant Heritage in the Le Méridien Hamburg remains a great choice as the view is spectacular and the breakfast selection is overall quite amazing. Definitely worth trying, even if you don’t stay at the Le Méridien.
