Decent aperitivo place to warm up from the cold: Dolce Salato Bistrò (20. December 2018)

| May 3, 2019 | 0 Comments

When you want to take a short break from the cold in the middle of Bologna, the Dolce Salato Bistrò is definitely a place which I can recommend you to do so. The atmosphere is lovely, the staff is friendly and relatively swift. I went for a glass of San Giovese (EUR 6.00) and a bottle (0,75l) of San Pellegrino (EUR 3.00) and as always around that time of the evening, it is aperitivo time.

So you are served a couple of small foods which are lovely in terms of flavour and makes it overall a great experience.

Considering that you get enough decent food, I’d say the prices are more than fair and the place is definitely worth a visit. Overall, it is recommendable though to be early as else it is probably difficult to get a spot.
