Average breakfast selection but decent location: Restaurant A Terra @ Azor Hotel (5. – 8. January 2019)

| May 7, 2019 | 0 Comments

The breakfast selection at the A Terra restaurant in the Azor Hotel is decent – not really overwhelming in any way but there is a bit of everything you need ranging from regular white bread to sweet bread and pastel de nata.

There is a selection of toasted bread …

… as well as an omelet station where you can also find bacon, mushrooms, cabbage and the like.

What is truly lovely about the place though is the fact that it turns into a steakhouse in the evening. And what you get to see, even if you only have breakfast, is the meat cupboard where all the dry aged meat is hanging.

Furthermore, you can find some cereals …

… as well as cold cuts and cheeses …

… and fresh cheese.

The view from the first floor onto the marina is generally nice but again nothing breath taking. The service is friendly and relatively swift and actually manages to keep track of what they promised to deliver and they do so. All in all, if you stay at the Azor Hotel, it is definitely okay to have breakfast here but if you don’t, I wouldn’t specifically go there for breakfast.
