Big Italian portions for a very low price: Restaurant Da Nando (24. January 2019)

| May 7, 2019 | 0 Comments

I am still not sure what is happening with this place with regards to pricing. I mean, the place is rather simple and the service does its job and the portions are huge. But I went for the “tomato soup” (EUR 3.50) which was a huge plate of soup and quite tasty.

And I went for the “Pizza Montanara (tomatoes, cheese, anchovies, capers, salami)” (EUR 7.00) which both together costs EUR 10.50. Plus, I had something to drink which cost also something like 2 to 3 EUR. Still, the overall bill was EUR 10.00. Not sure how that works. I mean, I don’t really care as it was good and the price is obviously super fair but I do wonder how such a place makes money.

As this is obviously not my main concern, I can recommend the Da Nando as the place offers good food for a fair price and the lunch service is relatively swift and efficient. Surprisingly enough! However, it is highly recommended that you show up early so you don’t have to wait.
