Decent Italian dishes German style: Restaurant L’Osteria Münster (17. March 2019)

| May 13, 2019 | 0 Comments

The selection of dishes at the L’Osteria is steadily good – nothing outstanding but definitely sound and safe. This visit of mine was accompanied by much better service than previously – although it took them a moment to realize a new guest had arrived, the waitress came up to the table super swiftly and brought the menu within minutes. I went for the “tomato soup” (EUR 5.00) which was quite a portion. The soup was intense in flavor and generally just enjoyable.

What I’m always surprised by is the size of the pizza – I went for the “Pizza Prosciutto Crudo” with “additional anchovies” (EUR 13.60) which was so huge it was completely over the plate – you literally cannot see the plate below the pizza. What I like a lot about the pizza is not only that it is very enjoyably thin but also the fact that it is tasty in terms of flavor and toppings.

All in all, the L’Osteria Münster remains a sound and solid selection for you to enjoy some proper Italian dishes – prepared German style. Frankly though, the pizza really is great for a chain restaurant.
