Swift and tasty pizza lunch: Restaurant Mamma Assunta (1. April 2019)

| May 17, 2019 | 0 Comments

It is approximately two years ago since I have been to the Mamma Assunta. The place was rather crowded and we were able to get pretty much the last table. Given it was so crowded, it took a bit until we were served but ultimately, they were super friendly and provided us with the menu within no time. Once I had ordered my “Pizza Salami” (CHF 19.00) with “additional anchovies” (+CHF 2.50), I had to wait a bit but it was worth it.

The pizza is quite good as the dough is crisp, the toppings are applied generously making it all in all a good combination. The service is – as mentioned – a bit overwhelmed during peak hours for lunch, however, they are friendly and very helpful. And last but not least, the prices are absolutely okay.
