Decent breakfast offering: Restaurant @ Park Inn by Radisson Luxembourg City Hotel (8. June 2019)
Given I usually spend about a hundred nights a year in Marriott (or formerly Starwood hotels), I was and am rather skeptical about other hotel chains and among them was Radisson. And while their product in terms of rooms isn’t comparable to Marriott (at least what used to be Starwood), the breakfast buffet offers a solid high quality! You pretty much find everything from cold cuts to vegetables and cheeses …
… a variety of breads …
… some more breads and cereals …
… as well as egg, sausages and bacon. However, there are two main things missing from my perspective which are ‘eggs to order to the table’ plus their whole smoked salmon which you find in almost every other Radisson I have been to so far. A real pity as this really is among my favorite parts of breakfast!
Still, all in all, the Park Inn by Radisson close to the main station in Luxembourg City is a solid choice in terms of what the rooms offer (try to get #806), what you pay for it and the breakfast offering!
