As efficient and as nice as always: Restaurant Mamma Assunta (27. August 2019)
The “tortellini in brodo” (CHF 13.00) is a good portion in terms of size and the tortellini are good in taste. The broth itself is rather bland but still not bad to eat.
The “Insalata Caprese” (CHF 15.00) is a good portion and actually has a nice equal distribution of mozzarella and tomatoes which is something you do not find that often. The tomatoes are aromatic and full of flavor.
What I truly like about the Mamma Assunta is the flexibility of the owners. You can just call them, order over the phone, and when you show up, the dishes are ready! That’s absolutely perfect if you are in a hurry but you care about eating some good, tasty food.
